Established in 2024, we aim to provide an array of southwestern flavors across a line of mouth-watering tamales, salsas and other foods.

Our focus on partnering with local Western North Carolina produce vendors, butchers, farmers and markets, to produce savory and healthy meals, has helped design and manifest a company which feeds the community that it serves.
